I purchased the full version but it's not unlocked on my other devices.

Purchases are automatically unlocked on all devices signed into the same Apple ID – there's no need to restore manually. If the full version isn't showing as unlocked, you're most likely signed into a different Apple ID on that device.

To check your Apple ID:

  • On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings and tap your name at the top
  • On Mac: Go to System Settings and click your name at the top

Make sure all your devices are signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I get the discounted upgrade pricing?

Stage Traxx 3 needs to be installed and the full version unlocked. Stage Traxx 4 will detect this and automatically offer you the discounted upgrade price.

Can I move my purchase to another Apple ID?

Apple can transfer purchases between Apple IDs in certain circumstances. See Transfer apps or in-app purchases to a different Apple Account on Apple's support site for details.

Where can I find Stage Traxx 3? It's no longer in the App Store.

Stage Traxx 3 has been removed from the App Store but is still available if you previously purchased it. Make sure you are logged in on your device with the AppleID you used to purchase it.

On iPhone/iPad:

  1. Open the App Store app
