Stage Traxx
Stage Traxx is a professional live music performance app for iPad, iPhone and Mac. It plays backing tracks, displays lyrics and chords, and gives you full control over your performance — from solo acoustic sets to full band productions with click tracks.
Key Features
- Multitrack playback: Play stems with independent volume, pan, and output routing through the built-in mixer
- Lyrics and chords: Display lyrics with optional chord symbols and automatic scrolling synced to playback
- PDF support: Load sheet music or chord charts as PDF documents with annotation tools
- Audio regions: Mark song sections like intro, verse, and chorus to rearrange your songs on the fly during performance
- Library management: Organize your songs with playlists, tags, and powerful search and filter tools
- Queue-based playback: Build a queue to control exactly which songs play and when
- MIDI control: Trigger playback, switch songs, and control the mixer from external MIDI devices
- Network sessions: Let band members follow a leader or remote control playback from another device
- iCloud sync: Keep your library synchronized across all your devices
New in Version 4.1
- Realtime audio engine: A rebuilt playback engine with tighter timing and faster seeking
- Smart playlists and sets: Playlists that fill themselves from filter rules, and sets to split a setlist into blocks
- Powerful search: Combine terms with AND, OR and NOT or search a single field, and build detailed filters from song properties
- Region presets and cues: Create fully configured regions with one tap using presets, and jump straight to a section with region cues
- Colors and fonts in lyrics: Highlight any passage with color and font tags, plus search and replace in the lyrics editor
- MIDI macros: Define a command sequence once and reuse it in every song
- Continuous autoscroll: A new scrolling mode that moves the lyrics steadily instead of jumping line by line
- Capo and count-in: Show chords for a capo position and start a song after a count-in or pre-roll
