These terms apply to the StageTraxx Support Forum at support.stagetraxx.com.

1. What This Forum Is

This is a community support forum for StageTraxx users. It’s a place to ask questions, share tips, and help each other. It is not a substitute for official support — for urgent issues, email support@stagetraxx.com.

2. Your Account

  • You need an account to post. One account per person.
  • Use accurate information when registering.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your login secure.
  • Don’t share accounts or let others use yours.

3. Rules

Keep it civil and on topic. Specifically:

  • Be respectful. No insults, harassment, or personal attacks.
  • Stay on topic. This forum is for StageTraxx support, not general discussion.
  • No spam. No advertising, self-promotion, or irrelevant links.
  • No illegal content. Don’t post anything that violates applicable law.
  • Don’t abuse the system. No bots, scraping, or automated posting.

4. Your Content

When you post on this forum:

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your posts as part of the forum’s operation.
  • You confirm that you have the right to post the content and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

5. Moderation

We can edit, move, or delete any post, and suspend or ban any account, at our discretion. Reasons include but aren’t limited to:

  • Violating these terms
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Spam or abuse
  • Extended inactivity (accounts unused for over 2 years may be removed)

We’re not obligated to explain moderation decisions, but we’ll try to be fair.
